Krishna Catering is the result of Kannan Swamy’s dream to create a modern, hygienic facility where he could fulfill his creative desires. Krishna Catering is a modern, diverse kitchen, consisting of all the latest amenities and technologies where great food can be prepared for small group of people to large gatherings in a carefully controlled, hygienic environment.

Krishna Catering was established as a small scale unit in 1994, when organized catering was still a fledgling industry From its modest beginning, Kannan Swamy has nurtured his dream into a beautiful three-storied well equipped facility where feasts can be prepared for up to 10000 people at a time. Our services include undertaking catering orders for pre-packed meals, dinner and coffee parties, marriage receptions etc. Krishna Catering also runs a live counter for its customers who need specialty items like Palada Pradhaman and other classic Kerala dishes to satisfy their hunger pangs.

The biggest event of the year for Krishna Catering is Onam season. When the whole of Kerala is in joyous festive mood, welcoming their beloved king Mahabali, we are busy churning out thousands of litres of different varieties of Pradhamans and prepacked meal kits creating memorable occasions for our clients and their families. Krishna Catering has clearances from various regulatory bodies such as License from the Corporation Health Department, License from Food Safety And Standards Authority .Our facility is certified ISO Certificate 22000:2005.

Krishna Catering has a dedicated staff of junior chefs and kitchen staff who under the careful guidance and mentoring of Kannan Swamy are committed to his goal of delighting all its customers by providing wholesome, nutritious and delicious food. We ensure that all our staff and customer service agents are impeccably groomed and well trained in behavioral aspects ensuring that guests and customers are treated with the respect and service that they deserve.

Kannan Swamy strongly believes in the Vedic concept that ‘Annam is Brahma’, i.e ‘Food served is Divine.’ He is an extremely dedicated professional and involves himself in all aspects of the preparation be it a small party for a few individuals to large gatherings for thousands.

RANGE

We undertake orders ranging from small parties to gigantic temple feats. Listed below are a few of our accomplishments over the last twenty-five years of our enterprise.

  • Krishna Catering has been feeding around two hundred thousand devotees who attend the Ollur Church Feast at Thrissur for the past 15 years.
  • Likewise, the ten thousand devotees who attend the famous Thrissur Thiruvambadi Utsavam, which lasts for nine days every year, also have enjoyed the magic of Krishna Catering.
  • Krishna Catering had the responsibility of providing food for the CBSE Kalotsavam in the years 2006,2008 and 2009.

  • We hand craft pre-packed Onam Sadhya kits for 150-200 separate offices and households in a single day.
  • On Onam day, around 20,000 litres of milk is used to prepare Kannan Swamy’s signature Palada Pradhaman. Around 10000 Nenthra Pazhams(Kerala plantain) is used for preparation of Pazha Pradhaman. 500 kgs of Parippu(Channa dal) is used for making Parippu Pradhman.
